Objects determined to be pre-eminent may qualify for reduction against income tax, inheritance tax, capital gains or corporation tax liabilities when donated to North Pacific Cannery Historic Site

The Cultural Property Export and Import Act enables Canadian taxpayers to donate pre-eminent works of art and heritage objects to the nation while receiving a tax reduction and not realizing a capital gain. For more information please click here.
