Check In is before 5pm unless special arrangements have been made.

Upon arrival, please proceed to the visitor’s centre located near the front entrance within the cannery grounds. A member of our team will be available to greet you and provide you with your room key.

The manager will give you a brief orientation of the bunkhouse and the facilities we offer. After receiving your key, the manager will escort you to your room and ensure you are comfortably settled in.

If you have any luggage or need assistance with your belongings, please do not hesitate to ask!

Please check out by 11 am on your departure date.

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Key Return: Return your room key to the visitor’s centre.

If checking out after office hours, please leave the key in the designated drop box.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

Early Departure:

If you choose to leave before your scheduled departure date, no refund will will be provided for the unused nights.

Dogs are permitted on leash on the premises; however, owners are accountable for cleaning up after their pets.

Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in a cleaning fee being charged.

Guests have access to the washer, dryer & kitchen facilities.

After hours, guests can utilize the working dock and beach access privately.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on-site; designated areas are limited to the parking lot.

Under no circumstances should open flames be present on-site.

This prohibition extends to candles, lighters, campfires, and any similar sources of open flame.

Please leave all used beds unmade for the staff to clean after your stay.

Please ensure the thorough washing of all kitchen utensils and the proper disposal of any waste in the allocated garbage bins.

Please separate recyclable items from general waste.

Upon departure, kindly remember to securely close all exterior doors and windows.
